Abstract

Maqolada milliy iqtisodiyotning xizmat ko‘rsatish sohasida mehnatni rag‘batlantirishning maqbul tizimini ishlab chiqishdagi tamoyillar, shuningdek, menejmentning motivatsiya funksiyasini amalga oshirishdagi  vazifalari bayon qilingan.
