This article talks about modern methods of improving the customs policy in the regulation of foreign trade in the world market. In addition, the importance, place and role of notarial methods used by developed countries and developing countries are revealed. Practical suggestions and recommendations are presented on the improvement of the customs policy in the regulation of foreign trade in the world market.
