Methodological Approaches to Assessment of the Condition Innovative Potential in the System Macroeconomic Indicators

Most methods prefer to use a scoring method or an expert method to evaluate each variable. As practice shows, the use of the expert method presupposes the presence of subjective factor, does not give the possibility of a mathematical assessment of the reliability of the research result.
