Today, new digital technologies, innovative business models penetrate all spheres of the economic life of society, influencing the very essence of the economy, forming qualitative structural changes in it. As a result, the digital economy is being formed as a subsystem of the traditional economy, which is characterized by the active use of digital technologies and the circulation of specific electronic goods.
